That the 8 parking spaces shown on the plans accompanying the application shall be kept permanently available for use in connection with the use of the premises as a dental surgery. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
