Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8, CON10, C2 and H5 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit) Draft, particularly policies G2, G6, CON10, C2 and H5 and advice in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
