As such, the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8, C3 and H12, and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft), particularly policies G2, G6 and H13, and to the advice in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
