Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the materials to be used for the pitched roofs hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
