Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external dwarf walls of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the windows and doors at a scale of 1:20. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the paint colour to be used. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external retaining wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
