That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That further details relating to the glazing, leadwork and mouldings of the timber windows hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That further details relating to the colour of the painted finish of the windows hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
