Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the doors and windows shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brick to be used for the walls and the tiles for the roof shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the main house. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the window in the proposed family bathroom in the north-west elevation shall be obscure glazed and thereafter so retained. Reason: To ensure that the privacy of the neighbour is maintained in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the north-west elevations of the extensions other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the privacy of the neighbour is maintained in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
