Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That a detailed schedule of works relating to the formation of the opening in the wall hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the commencement of development and thereafter shall be undertaken as approved.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed wall and the setting of the adjacent listed building in accordance with Policies G1, C2, CON6 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a method statement detailing the operations to be undertaken relating to the formation of the opening shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The statement should include details of arboricultural supervision, protection measures for retained plants, and details of excavation and construction procedures within root protection zones.
Reason: To protect the setting of the listed wall and house and protect the longevity of the established yew hedge in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
