That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That further details relating to the treatment of the existing lath and plaster walls and ceilings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Thereafter the works shall only proceed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To preserve to the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
