Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the commencement of any work a detailed schedule of works for the refurbishment and the erection of the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented as approved. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any work joinery details for the proposed extension shall be submitted to and approved in wiring by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building and the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any work details of the roof light shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The frame of this roof light shall be constructed of metal. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any work a photographic record of the internal door and frame to be removed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the proper recording of the buildings history in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
