That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That prior to the commencement of any development a detailed schedule of works for the refurbishment and the erection of the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented as approved.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of development joinery details for the proposed extension shall be submitted to and approved in wiring by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building and the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of development details of the roof light shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The frame of this roof light shall be constructed of metal.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of any work a photographic record of the internal door and frame to be removed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the proper recording of the buildings history in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
