That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That details of the two service runs for the bollard lighting shall be submitted and first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policies G1, C2, C16 and CON7 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme in compliance with BS5837 and the NJUG 10 guidelines to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of any work.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policies G1, C2, C16 and CON7 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire local Plan.
