That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the colour finishes for the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a section and elevation drawing at a scale of 1:20 detailing the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
