Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8, CON10 and H12 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (Second Deposit) Draft, particularly policies G2, G6, CON10 and H13 and advice contained within the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
