Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the external walls and roofs shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before development/works commence. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building is satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for swimming and leisure purposes for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Oakingham House and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsover. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to protect the rural character of the area and in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development shall not commence until details of the means of drainage of the swimming pool have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the approved details shall be implemented prior to the first use of the swimming pool. Reason: To prevent pollution in accordance with policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
