That the formation of a new vehicular access would necessitate the removal of mature trees, which are considered to contribute to the attractive wooded character of the area, therefore the development would detract from the rural character and visual amenity of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In this respect the development would be contrary to the provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, C2 and C16 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit) Draft, particularly policies G2, C2 and C10.
