Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of any work a sample of the materials to be used for the construction of the garage walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any work a drawing at the scale of 1:20 showing details of the conservation rooflight shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
