Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the new rooflights shall be of the conservation type and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing stables, including flooring, mangers and timber stalls shall remain unaltered unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the area in general in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
