Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the boundary wall hereby permitted shall be constructed of brick and hand laid flint, a sample panel of which shall have first have been constructed on site. Thereafter work shall not commence on the main wall until the sample panel has been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
