Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That this permission shall expire after a period of 2 years from the date hereof, and the building hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period of 2 years from the date of this permission the use of land specified in the application shall cease. Reason: That permission is only granted because of the temporary need in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
