Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the garage and house extensions shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing buildings. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the garage accommodation shown on the plans hereby permitted shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To ensure that there is adequate parking provision, to avoid the need for further outbuildings on this site and to prevent the creation of further habitable accommodation which would be contrary to Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to, or in combination with, any part of the development permitted under reference P00/S1050. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both, may be implemented. Reason: To prevent an inappropriate development of the site by the implementation of partial or both permissions in accordance with Policies G8 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
