Planning Permission on 8th August 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external brickwork and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the conversion of the existing garage shall not commence until space has been laid out within the site for 2 cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear. Thereafter the parking and turning space shall be retained as such. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1 and G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed to the side (south-east) elevation of the two storey side extension. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and is in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
