Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing accompanying the application, all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no additional external lighting shall be installed either on or around the buildings or car parking areas without the prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the classroom hereby approved shall cater for no more than 24 children together with the required number of staff and shall operate between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm weekdays only, excluding Public Holidays.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, G10 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land be preserved and properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new tree or equivalent number of trees, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
