Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the walls be lime rendered to match the colour of the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights shall be conservation style rooflights, details of which should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof shall be constructed in natural slate, details of which should be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
