Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8, C16 and CON10 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (Second Deposit) Draft, particularly policies G2, C10 and CON10 and advice contained within the Henley Conservation Area Character Appraisal.
