That having regard to the proximity of the site to the adjacent dwelling, number 1 Pearce's Meadow which has its main windows facing south towards the site, the proposal to erect a new dwelling on the site would appear overbearing and oppressive in the outlook from number 1 Pearce's Meadow and would result in a loss of light to that property. In this way the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1, G8, H11 and H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2, G6, H4 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft 2003.
