That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 1202/1A all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

That the new buildings hereby approved shall be used only for domestic storage ancillary to the use of the occupiers of the Thatched Cottage and for agricultural storage. The buildings shall not at any time be used for any commercial purposes.
