That variation of condition 5 hereby permitted shall be undertaken in all other respects to accord with the conditions imposed on the planning permission reference S0/S/76/81/CU.

Reason: In order to protect local amenity and safeguard the character and appearance of the local area, in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the hours of the take-away use shall be restricted to 09:00 - 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday inclusive, and the said use shall not be operated on Sundays or Bank Holidays, with the exception of Good Friday and the Bank Holiday Monday that coincides with the Watlington Street Festival, on these days the hours of trading is restricted from 11:00 - 21:00 which shall include preparation times, prior to trading and clearing and cleaning the premises. 

Reason: In order to protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby residential properties in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
