That prior to the commencement of the works, details of the proposed colour of the external door shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
