Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That a detailed specification of the design, materials and external finishes of all the new windows, external doors, eaves, rainwater goods, flues and vents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building is satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That before any works are undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide for the protection of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and stability of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
