Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the following matters shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority :- - Junction and fixings at the existing building, especially at the arch; - Details at the eaves; - Detail at the junction with the roof over the remainder of the new colonnade shown at a larger scale than shown on drawing no. 18c; - Samples of the materials to be used in the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3, CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
