That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

A sample panel of the pointing shall be prepared on site for inspection by the Local Planning Authority and shall be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any reference to such matters in the application, a sample of the paint for the railings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, notwithstanding any reference to such matters, a drawing at the scale of 1:20 of the fixing of the railings to the dwarf wall and a photographic record of the existing rails and gates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of any work. Reason: To ensure details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
