Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the refurbishment and reinstatement works shall be dark stained timber boarding for the external walls, and plain clay tiles for the roofs, all to match those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C8 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for agricultural purposes, as specified in the application, and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
