Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the construction of the external walls shall be natural timber, as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the material to be used for the construction of the roof shall be Eternit Farmscape Anthracite colour, as specified in the application, or such other similar material which shall first have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the eaves of the building shall not exceed 4.7 metres above ground level, and the roof shall be constructed with an oversail detail, as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the develoment are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used for agricultural purposes, as specified in the application, and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South oxfordshire Local Plan.

That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
