Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 10th June 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposal is contrary to policies G8, H4 and H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and to policies G6, H4, D1 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft September 2003). Having regard to the limited size of the site and the details of the proposal, the development would result in a cramped overdevelopment of the site that would detract from the street scene, and would be unneighbourly on the basis of the loss of light that it would cause to the existing property.
