Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the brickwork to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the natural stone to be used for the new wall coping shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing boundary wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all the brick and stone work to be used in the rear extension shall be pointed and rendered using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the paint finishes to be used for the metal posts shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
