Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the works, a sample panel shall be constructed on site of the materials to the used in the construction of the external walls of the extension. The walls shall be constructed in accordance with the approved sample panel which shall first have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works, full details describing the methodology and extent of re-pointing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That any plastering works shall be carried out with lime putty based plaster. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
