Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations. Reason: To secure the safety and stability of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work shall commence until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a detailed specification of all finishes and materials. This shall include details of materials for the glazing of the canopy roof, the doors and the surface treatment of the floor of the enclosed area. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron and finished in black or lead. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work shall commence until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority detailed drawings illustrating the position, finish and materials of the proposed condenser unit. Thereafter the condenser unit installed shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
