That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C11 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C11 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Classes A, B, C, D and E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no development within Classes A, B, C, D and E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C11 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall not be occupied other than for the purposes of self catering holiday accommodation and shall not be let to or occupied by the same person(s) for a period exceeding one calendar month in any calendar year. Reason: Because the unit does not have full residential amenities or have an appropriate separate curtilage and to safeguard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies C11 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
