Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application and prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the proposed new rear door, and the over-door light, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies CON3, CON4, CON5 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the proposed conservation rooflight shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3, CON4, CON5, CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
