That samples of the cedar cladding, lime render, bricks and zinc roofing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
