That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the cedar cladding, lime render, bricks and zinc roofing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That works shall not commence until details for the finish used to the roof light/ vent have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
