That the signboard shall be made of timber as specified on the plans hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the signboard respects the appearance of the Conservation Area and the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the new external door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
