That the building shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1, G7 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no goods, plant or machinery shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open except as may be. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no machinery shall be operated, no process shall be carried out and no deliveries taken at or despatched from the site and the premises shall not be open to the public outside the following times 10:00am to 18:00pm Mondays to Saturdays nor at any time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That customer parking shall be restricted to the area shown hatched red on the attached plan reference MC.2. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the retail use of the building shall be restricted to the areas marked as "items awaiting delivery/disassembly" and "display area" on drawing no. MC.3 accompanying the application.
