That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to any works commencing, details of the materials and finish to the proposed garage doors shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to any works commencing, a sample of the proposed roofing materials and brick to be used for the walls shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the new windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron and finished in black or lead. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
