Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the joinery to be used for the two windows at a scale of 1:20. 

Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, CON3 and CON10 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
