Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall only be used for the purposes specified in the application, that is as a staff room with toilets and for storage purposes in connection with the existing nursery use operating from the site and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and G5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
