That samples of the cedar cladding, lime render, bricks, zinc roofing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin unitil details for the finish used to the roof light/ vent have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
