Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the works full details of the following shall be submitted to (at scale 1:20) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:- - All proposed new windows - The new screen to the entrance - The extract duct and ventilation to the rear of the building. Thereafter the works shall be carried out as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, no wall panels shall be removed except by agreement with and in the presence of the Council's Conservation Officer. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
