Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the doors and windows shall be painted in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rainwater goods shall be finished in black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
