That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the works full details of the proposed hanging sign, including the bracket shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the sign are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
